    We offer FREE shipping on all orders. In addition, we source unique products for our customers from the USA as well as countries abroad including France,China, Europe and UK.  In so doing, shipping times may seem longer than normal. Please be assured we will always choose the quickest shipping method provided by our partners.

    The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

    1. Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and International Post process the orders, which takes an additional 1–5 days.
    2. Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our partner warehouses to your location. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by ePacket, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 8 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

    Average shipping time approximations (business days include Monday thru Friday):

    • USA and Canada: 8-25 business days
    • Europe: 10-25 business days
    • South East Asia and Oceanic: 10-25 business days
    • Central and South America: 15-30 business days
    • Rest of the World: 15-30 business days

      * Keep in mind, each country has its own custom clearance requirements, which may delay delivery up to two weeks.

      Guaranteed Delivery

      If your order is not successfully delivered to you within 60 days, please send us an email with your order number and we will issue a full refund.

      REFUNDS

      We offer a 7 day refund policy for defective merchandise. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on products for the following:

      • Aesthetic reasons (color, design, etc.)
      • Buyer remorse
      • Buyer does not want the product any longer

      Please contact us at orders@diaryjournalbook.com or use our contact page, to request a return within 7 days of receiving your merchandise. We will send you details on returning the merchandise. All items must be new and unopened in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

      Upon receiving your returned merchandise, we will assess its condition and issue a full or partial refund.
